If interested in 2Sqn in Korea, get hold of Allan at the SAAF Museum (Swartkops) - he is a very enthusiastic 2Sqn collector and has loads of memorabilia, info, photos etc.

Loads of respect for these pilots, was friendly with a couple of ex-Korean vets, the stories about airborne sorties were scary and hugely funny when on R&R in Japan.

Some great SA military history here
There is a book written by Dermot Moore and Pete Bagshawe called South Africa's Flying Cheetahs in Korea.

Its a good read. if you can find a copy buy it.
