Colt automatic 1902

Hi all. I am currently in possession of a 1902 colt automatic pistol. Unfortunately however I have only four rounds for it. Im looking for .38 ACP rounds or .38 which are the original rounds for the piece. Otherwise i could do with some .38 supers which are a bit too hot for the colt but the casings are the same and can be reloaded with a 135 grain I believe. Anyone who can help me in this regard it would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know you are correct in saying the .38 Colt Auto cases are the same as .38 Super. The .38 ammo is just loaded to much lower pressures.

Please be very careful and do not overload. The pistol will let go. I haven't dared shoot mine yet. Give Keith Dyer from Magnum a ring, he did an article on a 1902 a while ago and, I think, reloaded for it. 031 572 6551.

Gotta dig it out, and will let you know. Will take a few days. Probably 50 or 100 rds.
