    What ADJ said. I had some bok for the first time on last years hunting trip... I thought it was lamb, until the farmers wife disclosed the actual meat.

    I don't mind being on the giving end, but will not think it remotely funny if someone pulls that trick on me.

    i think the recipes are basic.
    its more the spices or masala that is used which adds the flavour i reckon.
    most have loads of colouring which gives it the "red or hot" look..
