Default Louis Trichardt - Jeweller shoot robber

Six armed robbers entered a jewellry store in the main business street of Louis Trichardt at 12:30 today (Friday 29/05).
They tried to hold the jeweller at gunpoint, but he pulled his own firearm and fatally wounded one of the robbers.
    The others fled.

Outnumbered 6 to 1. Nothing he could do. He was totally f*cked. Best to just give up in these situations.

    Oh.

    Wait.

    Post of the day.

Well done to the jeweller who decided his life > robbers' lives.

it's not the size (or in this case: number) of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog that counts.

The one he had on him Dominee, the one he had on him.

    And no, not a machete.

    Well done.

I feel all fuzzy inside when I read of a successful self defence story!

A case of "attempted armed robbery" was opened. Makes no sense to me. Robbery and posession are two diffrent things.
