Default Tables turned on armed robber

JOHANNESBURG – Paramedics have transported an armed robber to hospital after he was caught red handed and wounded by his intended victim on Nugget Street in the Johannesburg CBD Monday afternoon.

The suspect attempted to rob a man at gun point but the person he targeted pulled out a gun and shot him in the arm.

Paramedics treated the suspect on the scene before transporting him to hospital with a police escort.

EmergiMed’s Danielle Dooley said, “The suspect was treated on the scene before being transported to hospital with a police escort.”

But what a terrible article, though.

A terrible article indeed, but I just love the phrase blatantly stating:
"the person he targeted pulled out a gun and shot him in the arm"

If the bullet hit the bone in his arm and shattered it, they might have to amputate. Will it still be considered armed robbery then? Or unarmed?

Geez, I was on Nugget street in the afternoon getting meat hooks. It's a good thing the victim was carrying.
