Re: Club 15-22
Has anybody found out what the MAGIG UNICORN number of is how thick the gauge is to measure the step in the bolt face of a 155-22 to prevent a slam fire?
Was anybody's bolt out of spec and replaced?

Re: Club 15-22
One day when I'm bored or on pension I'll compare my Volquartsen extractor with the original and see what is the difference. I think with a bit off controlled filing most extractor problems can be fixed except if it needs to be build up at a spot.
My friend has got a Walter. 22 mini rifle with which you could never extract the round out of the chamber. I had a close look at the extractor and saw the problem, with some very carefull filing and a lot of fitting, filing, fitting etc. I got it to work as it was supposed to do.

Re: Club 15-22
Reviving this one from the archives.
So, it seems my 22LR reserves are going to take a hit.
Took my daughter shooting a while back and opted to let her use the 15-22.
Running suppressed so there's no loud bangs or harsh recoil. Figured it was the right option for starting. And boy was I right.
The little one ran through 200 rounds before I eventually got tired of loading mags!
I assisted with stabilising the rifle for her but allowed her to do her own aiming with the red dot. Was quite happy with her accuracy and her ability to get the dot back on target after each shot.
Goes without saying that the rifle didn't have any hiccups at all.
