The polymer clip on my 1 year old hybrid broke. This holster is in use every single day. I asked him via e-mail for 2 new clips and he said he has new metal ones he can send. I asked him for a quote as I did not expect this for free but weirdly did not get a quote...strange I thought, you never have to wait long for him to reply...

Then instead of sending me a quote, this gentlemen just quietly send me the new clips. All the way from the Cape to Joburg! This is what I call customer service!

All future holsters in my household will be ordered from CKCS!
