Loading the 50 african double express
Have recently bought a Pedersoli 50 African double express. Plan on using Frontier's 390gr sabot with Sannadex. Has anyone got data on this (how many grains should I use) and what sort of accuracy can one expect say out to 75 yards with the open sights that rifle is fitted with?

I have no experience with the 50 double, but I own a 72 double, and my dad own a 54 double.
The load on a 390grain Sabot can be up to 100grains, and if your shoulder feels up to it, go to 120grain. I shoot my 72 with 120grain Sdx Rifle grain behind a 800 grain conical regurarly. I can consistantly hit a military metal falling plate at 100m, offhand standing. These rifles tend to be very harsh on your body if you do bench rest shooting. They are designed for the offhand standing position.
Good luck with your rifle.
