Re: Class Action
Thanks Frank.
There's a great bunch of guys driving this... front and centre is MTTSS. The time and effort he is devoting to this is amazing.
The instructing attorney is Kevin Schaafsma (who has unstintingly assisted this year with Sport-shooting Forum and GOSA). The correspondent attorney is Emcee from Ross & Jacobz (who serves along with Khumba on our legal advisory panel). We have counsel in the form of MTTSS drafting fantastic applications and a couple of Silks throwing their weight behind this effort.
This, then, is the medicine we need to administer to the FCA!
Get behind it folks.

Re: Class Action
Great Stuff, however the current court actions only focus on the current legislation forcing CFR to comply to it, perhaps focus on the following areas would be prudent:
Class actions for:
1.Rights of gun owners
2.Rights of individual's self-defence
3.Action against organisations such as GFSA and government for creating environment conducive to crime and the violation of civil liberties of citizens
My opinion is that the government, with help from GFSA, will simply change the FA laws or prohibit FA ownership, which will make current court actions against CFR pointless.

Well done team. Great going. It's about time the CFR got a kick up the pants, legally speaking!
