Deer hair

Hi everyone, im not a hunter(with a gun that is) but due to the lack of consistancy and exagerated prices, ive decided to see if someone here cant help me out.

Im a fly fisherman and fly tying is a big part of my hobby, but getting the rite materials can sometimes be hard. So I want to know if there is anyone that hunts but does not use the skin?? Im looking for long underbelly hair(attached to the skin) or what they call "Pronk hare". I am prepared to pay for it if it is worth it. I hope im not stepping out of line and if I am I appologise, but i have heard that there are ppl that hunt veld rabbits?? Im looking for their pelts too.
