A man was brutally tortured then beaten to death by 3 alleged gang members in Cape Town. The victim was beaten with a belt, kicked and stabbed during 30 minutes assault. After Police arrived the victim tried climb into Police vehicle for protection, But it's too late. the victim died shortly after the paramedics arrived.
