    Default Firearms Festival: SNIPER'S DAY

    Sniper's day : 5 December 2015

On the recent Firearms Festival, we were supposed to have opportunity to shoot the Truvelo .50 BMG rifle.
This did not happen due to a technical glitch with some transport permits.

We are glad to announce, that the problems have been solved, and we are going to have a whole day dedicated to shooting the Truvelo rifles.

Shooters will buy a R450 package consisting of 3 shots with the 7,62 NATO, and one shot each with the .50 and the .338 lapua. All shooting will be done off benches, at 300 m distance. The package will include some cooldrinks and boerewors rolls. More opportunity will be available with the three different calibres.

We are limited to 100 entries for the day, so if you are in the vicinity on 5 December, send us an email at geo@lantic.co.za, or send a PM.

The location will be nice. But then again if its not in my province. It will be disappointing again. At least we have Table Mountain.

Table Mountain would work very nicely as a backstop.

I worked for 5 years in Atlantis. You can shoot Lunchtimes down the road. No questions asked.
As long as you dont aim and kept firearm tilted for gangster shooting.

    My stupid mistake, sorry.
This will be where the Tamboti Toyota Firearms Festival was, on Knapskoot Skietbaan.
About 40 km West of Ellisras past the Medupi construction site.

Table mountain as a backstop would be nice, but SABS don't allow for a backstop 2000km behind the targets!

    Sorry for the disappointment, Shooty.
