Default Second shottie approved under Sect 16

I have just heard that my application for a pump action shottie has been approved where I already have an o/u. Both are 12 gauge and both are under Section 16. Maybe the tide has begun to turn.

I have 2 O/U shotguns and the last one was approved last year. Good motivation is what helps.

With Snaphaan's permission: our lead counsel was refused a 9MMP yesterday or so, after the shotty was approved. Another appeal on its way. :)

I wouldn't read too much into one approved app. There have reportedly been a lot of refusals today.

Congrats -- in my opinion (and experience) as long as you motivate for each of them sufficiently, you should be ok... (you need to remember to clearly compare and contrast why you need each specific shottie irt the purpose you intend to use it for).

    Yeah I call bullshit.

The CFR is clearly rejecting applications that are fully supported, two of mine included. In fact, the exact same app I used before to license an identical pistol. Go tell the guy that they refused a license on a 38 special for SD that the CFR was correct in saying its not suitable for that purpose.

Or Willie's AR that was declined because aparently a bolt action works just as well for SADPA.
