Thanks for posting this excellent documentary.
Having just read 'The History of the World 1919-1980' by Paul Johnston which deals also with many of these events and the political moves which led to these genocides, I can vouch for the facts in this film - there is no exaggeration or untruth here.
It is a sobering thought that in SA we are exactly in the phase of the 'political events' which are spoken of here - lack of accountability and immunity to the law of the ruling class, measures to remove guns from all civilians who are not of the ruling class, demonisation of gun owners, first by GFSA and later by the ANC - the list goes on and the 'big picture' is clear to anyone who will look.Last edited by flysouth; 03-04-2010 at 14:53.

Re: Innocents Betrayed - Gun Control History
I consider that we should try to negotiate a bulk purchase (or a license to make additional copies) at a preferential price JPFO with the intention of distributing copies to influential persons, including the media. I am willing to correspond with JPFO to arrange this if other people here will agree to assist financially (I will also make a contribution) and to taking the the time and effort to prepare a proposed distribution list. Please let's NOT preach to the choir in this regard. If there is enthusiasm for this idea, please respond here. If not I may possibly go ahead on my own on a very limited basis anyway.
