License renewal / powder purchase

Paarden if posted before, searched with no luck.
As per heading : license renewed 2020 and still stuck at in consideration, emails and corect channel followed ect

The problem is when buying powder or primers, .. with
license in hand proof of renewal ect. Would this be acceptable or any proof or suggestions. I'm sure many or some have had the same question.

Good Luck finding Primers. Pretty scarce in CPT area.

The license remains valid as long as CFR shuffles paper so the shop would have no grounds to refuse service.

100% there's no small pistol primers in Cape Town. Even powder, Vectan ba 9 1/2 is now at R1050!

Yes I understand firearm is legal with slips ect
Just the hassle to explain and the thought of some gun shops not going to except that or be full of crap.... with the stocks running low and makeing it even worse. So when we see we need to jump and buy lol
