I think Trundle is saying you need to introduce yourself before asking a question.

Do you live with your brother?

Welcome, and the simplest thing you can do is ask a dealer to help. They'll do all the heavy lifting for you for a fee. You can ask how much before deciding whether to have them help or not.

Why? All you need is a copy of his license and for him to sign the 271

    He will need:

    1) A 271 signed by yourself
    2) Certified copy of the license
    3) Two colour passport photos
    4) Certified copy of his ID
    5) R140
    6) Detailed motivation
    7) Competency Certificate
    8) Proof of residential address
    9) Dedicated certificate if for section 16
    10) Any supporting docs
    11) SAP 541 (safe inspection or pictures)

Basically you can keep the gun with you and and he licenses it in the same fashion as if it was at a gunshop (although you dont need a 350a). When the license comes through he can take it into his posession
