Man, 71, shot, robbed in Pta

Johannesburg - A 71-year-old man was shot and wounded and robbed of his car and money outside a bank in Lyttelton on Wednesday, Pretoria police said.

Two armed men confronted him while he was in his car parked outside a bank around 10:30, Captain Jan Legoabane said.

He was shot and wounded in the head while trying to fight them off. The robbers took money he had withdrawn and fled in his white bakkie.

Police were investigating an attempted murder case. The gunmen were still at large.

Seems like a lot of these old boys have much bigger balls than a lot of guys fifty years younger than them.

It looks like they are breeding more yellow into the gene pool.
