A-tec wave rimfire silencer
Does anyone have the A-tec Wave silencer on any bolt action rimfire rifle and if sois it really really good or not?
How quiet is the silencer as I know it ways under 100 grams and is very light and well made and is not modular so can not be opened for cleaning which suits me just fine?
Any first hand experienced feedback will be appreciated, no hearsay please as I have heard too many stories from a friend of a friend?
Cheers
Ricochet

A .22 silencer not opened for cleaning will soon eeigh more than 100g. I would definitely recommend getting something that you can strip.

Unless you have an ultrasonic cleaner or don't mind messing around with hazardous chemicals.
Personally I prefer ones that can be cleaned. My pistol one is fixed and I hate it so much I gave away my fixed rifle one.

Have a look at the AimSport one for 22's. Opens up nice and easy for cleaning!

A few local companies who also make ones that can be opened, check Numenor and Warrior.
