    Default Does it comply?

Does a ported pump action shotgun fit the 3 gun or multi gun rules?
If tried looking in the rule book, but am either too thick, eyes not so lekker, or its not there.

    Cheers

The DMG Rules are not out yet

The info I have says no compensators on shotguns will be allowed - ports are same as compensators imo.

We don't have formal rules yet.

Here's hoping, 'cos I can't plug the holes. Got it at an awesome price, so I couldn't not get it.

    Thanks for the info.
Forgot to mention that I am also applying for an endorsement, so I'm really hoping it fits the rules.

    Talking Does it comply?

The current "Proposed SADPA 3 Gun / Multi Gun Rules" as posted on the SADPA website does not allow for compensators / porting on shotguns. I do not believe that the USA's Defensive Multi gun Rules will allow them either.

I have a hacksaw you can borrow!? :-)

    Maybe Pratley Putty...

Seriously, this will be my first shotgun, can I get a sleeve or something to cover the port holes?

It seems pointless getting the shotgun, if I can't use it in my sport.
