Bushcraft food
I've recently started looking at bushcraft (for interest actually) and I must say, being a picky eater, food is the first place I'd sit with a problem.
What plants are there that I can look at in planting at home which are readily edible? Been watching a Youtube video of a guy quite into the bushcraft thing (looks like England/Wales coast somewhere) and he found plants whose leaves he could use to make tea, and another plant which you can use for antibacterial use, and so forth.

Re: Bushcraft food
I can recommend a few books on the subject. 2 x Ben-Erik van Wyk," Peoples Plants" and "Medicinal plants of South Africa".There is also "Food from the veld" by W.Fox. It has been out of print for some time but it is well worth trying to find. Another good one is "The wild wisdom of weeds" by Katrina Blair. Happy foraging.
