ADC - Armi Dallera Custom
Hi Guys, what your thoughts on the ADC basic AR 15? I have one and the trigger seems to be on the heavy side? What trigger upgrades will you suggest and is there any work that can be done? Example polishing etc...

Re: ADC - Armi Dallera Custom
Buy a drop in trigger system. Expensive but well worth it
Timney
Geissele
Hyperfire
CMC
etc

Re: ADC - Armi Dallera Custom
I replaced my Troy's standard trigger with a Timney trigger, absolutely amazing, definitely try a good trigger, worth every cent!

Re: ADC - Armi Dallera Custom
I would suggest not trying to do trigger jobs by polishing.
Ive seen it cause all sorts of issues when it goes through the surface hardening and wears fast and hard.

Re: ADC - Armi Dallera Custom
Would changing the trigger and disconnector springs with reduced power springs make a difference in the trigger pull weight?

I like the CMC single stage. Ten minutes work and a world of difference. A trigger upgrade is the first thing you do to improve your AR's shooting potential. A free floating rail is a close second.

Re: ADC - Armi Dallera Custom
Yeah it's a judgement call. Both mods improve the gun by light years. Throw in a comp and you're waxed.
Funnily enough the first thing I did was get a rail and the accuracy did improve, but after being spoilt by Jewell triggers on my bolt guns I had to change out the stock DPMS item for a CMC.

Changed out my 1-4 Bushnell Scope for a Vortex Viper 3-9x40. Must say may groups are a lot better... its just the trigger thats is crap... a lot of creep and not crisp at all...
