@Skaaphaas: Out of interest sake, what do you reckon the chances of success would be for a claim for Wrongful Arrest where the SAPS "wrongfully" interpreted the act?

Guess that means I'll just have to buy an additional 9mm and 20ga so I can license them under S16 to comply with the "law"....

That has been my philosophy. Also remember 2 is 1 and 1 is none. So for each cartridge you have you should have at least 2 guns capable of firing that cartridge.

Holy shit! And that from an organization that is knowledgeable in the subject?
Well, yes. Can we take an organisation that does not know the difference seriously?

Same goes to an official who interprets the act to mean something else than what it clearly states...

I just wanted to say that too.
But, as Skaaphaas said, all of this, coming before the court thing.

    It's no coincidence.

You guys are missing the point. I am the first person to support correct terminology, but SA Hunter's intention is good and they are working hard to further our cause...

And just as I attain DSS *facepalm*

All of this seems way to coincidental. Seems a bit tit-for-tat. When they're being forced to uphold their end of the FCA, so now they do. To every single last letter of it ( renewals, now this ).
