@Skaaphaas: Out of interest sake, what do you reckon the chances of success would be for a claim for Wrongful Arrest where the SAPS "wrongfully" interpreted the act?

Guess that means I'll just have to buy an additional 9mm and 20ga so I can license them under S16 to comply with the "law"....

All of this seems way to coincidental. Seems a bit tit-for-tat. When they're being forced to uphold their end of the FCA, so now they do. To every single last letter of it ( renewals, now this ).
