Not if most of the top shooters from the other provinces were 'not allowed' entry...

I would be very interested to know what the province representation was like on Saturday and who received the top prizes.

If preference was given to NW members, why not just admit it and move on? If thats what was intended then so be it. Wheather we perceive it to be fair or not is an entirely different matter.
