    I never understood the weigh thing because mag capacity limiters are fine ... but surely they add weight don't they?

    Check the rule, capacity limiters that add a negligible amount of weight are fine.

    Does cerakoting count as additional weight?

    At our first Boland league this year we had a Production shooter who had to participate in Standard because he had had his mags cerakoted.
