Hi keegangobey
If you really want lots of info and opinions about which bow to buy then go to bowhuntingforum.co.za
The guys on the forum are very helpful and since they all have their own personal preference they will probably give you enough info to make your decision even more confusing than it appears at present.
In my opinion, all of the top brands are good bows. Go and shoot them all at a dealer and select the one that feels right for you.
Good luck.

From what I've seen popular brand in SA is Matthews. Must be for a reason.
I agree though, all the top brands are excellent. I have a Bear Game-over.

What shops have you visited and what area are you in ?
Dont look past the Bowtechs ... I think its between them or the Matthews... BUT you gotta feel both!!!

A bow is a personal choice that must fit your style and feel right, so go and shoot each brand if possible before making choice.
If you just buy based on name or brand, you might end up with a bow you never enjo shooting becuase it does not feel right in your hand.
Mathews for life.

Hi keegangobey
I got my Mathews from Bundu Ric - it was a very pleasant experience and as now - his advice was objective not brand focussed.
Personal choice is best - you are going to pay a lot of money for something that everyone is going to have an opinion on - so first fix your own opinion on the bow that you are comfortable with. Comfort = confidence
Enjoy
