It's really barbaric, but the joy it gives me to see that f*cker's body like that is quite amazing.

S&WM&P, good question, did the police take his gun?

Nice, if only this was the result of each criminals foolish attempts to exploit the innocent, crime would have a significant decline.

it makes me happy to se that people can defend themselves, it gives hope.

Default Son protects parents from being hijacked

I got the below in a mail the other day and thought i would share.

Attached are a crime scene pics taken by the victims of an attempted hijacking in Benoni. While returning home, the husband and wife were blocked in their driveway by a white Audi with three armed males. Luckily, their son was home at the time and in an effort to protect his parents, he opened up with his personal firearm on the three robbers, emptying his entire mag - 17 rounds (It's a pity he didn't have any more mags on him...)
He hit one of them square in the head - dead, the second one he injured critically, and it seems the driver was only slightly wounded and managed to drive off with his buddies. They recovered the Audi in a parking garage of a shopping centre not far away. From the photos it becomes quite apparent what damage the shooter inflicted on the robbers - one poor armed robber lies dead in the Audi, ag shame!

A would-be robber was shot dead and his two alleged accomplices wounded in Benoni on Friday morning, Johannesburg police said.

They allegedly followed an elderly couple that had exchanged money at a local mall to their Brentwood Park home, and tried to rob them, but were shot by the couple's son, police spokesman Warrant Officer Jannie Van Aswegen said.

"The couple had just exchanged R200 notes for R100 notes at a local Standard Bank. When they got home, they parked their car, but when they went to close the gate, they saw a white Audi A4 entering their property.

"Three men armed with pistols then got out of the car and walked towards them."

Unbeknown to the three, the couple's son was watching from inside the house.

"When he saw what was about to happen, he started shooting at the three men."

They retreated back into their car, but their driver was shot dead.

"They then pushed him to the passenger side and one of them took over... he was also shot but managed to drive off."

With their alleged accomplice dead, the two men made their way to the Lakeside Mall and stopped in the underground parking area. As they got out, one of them fell to the ground, while the other tried to run.

"A security guard at the centre saw a bloodied man running away from the vehicle with bullet holes and called the police."

The SAPS flying squad called to the scene managed to arrest the man trying to run away. He was expected to appear in the Benoni Magistrate's Court on Monday.

His alleged accomplice, found lying near the car, was under police guard in hospital.

"Inside the car full of bullet holes, they found one dead person and a pistol." - Sapa

    Failed robbery leads in death
JP du Plessis | 24 Minutes Ago

An attempted robbery at a home in Brentwood Park in Benoni on Friday ended with the death of one suspect and two others injured.
The men were trying to break into a home when a tenant saw them and shot at the trio.
They fled the scene in a white car which was recovered at the nearby Lakeside Mall by police.
They found one of the men dead in the vehicle along with the two others.
One man, who lived next door to the Brentwood house where the attempted robbery took place, said his wife witnessed the drama unfold.
She was worried about everyone inside, luckily no one was hurt on the neighbours’ side.”
ER24’s Vanessa Jackson said paramedics rushed to the mall’s parking lot to treat the wounded suspects
