    Very useful, thank you. I always keep a lawyer's card in my wallet and his number on my cell; I'll let him have a copy of this as well.

    Interesting that officials' pensions were attached to pay claims. I wonder how often that happens, also for other state officials who were derelict or malicious. Finding such as that against Hlaudi Motsoeneng may make state officials think more carefully before they abuse their power.

    Morning I'm new here. I am sorry if I post here incorrect also. My fiance try to shoot me and himself with his gun. I grabbed the gun from him and a shot went off. I tried to hold him up and fell over him and another shot went of. He passed away. I tried to stop him assaulting me with his gun and prevent him to shoot us both.

    I ask.... how do the gun law link in here and the legal implications. The inquest is now by DPP to see if they going to open a murder case against me. This happened 2 years ago... if anyone can give me advice please.
