    I was there in school in '78-82.

    Van Nuys blvd. was where everyone went of Fri and Sat nights.

    I had a '71 Chevelle SS. It got about 8 miles to the gallon but it did it real fast. It had a 454 cubic inch V8 with dual Holley carbs.

    Hunting for another Chevelle. Time to build another one now that I finished the Landcruiser.

    The car cruising on Van Nuys started around 1946. I haven't been back there since '82. When I was there it was a great place but no more. It really started going downhill in the '90s, Today it is just a sad place. I want to just remember it like it was when I was there.
