License cards... HOW LONG CAN THEY TAKE?

My SLR license was approved on 4 March 2020, but I only received the collection SMS on 10 June from SAPS Lyttelton, so with lockdown the wait for the license card was almost as long as the whole approval process!

I believe guys receiving cards now relate to approvals before the March lockdown.
Are they printing cards at the moment?
What is the average time from approval to collection?

My last approval was 12 May. If i read the comments here it looks like there is a long wait ahead

I am positive that now that everyone returns to their place of work that the printing will be caught up.

However I know I am just fooling myself and I need to wait what seems like 3 months on average from time of approval.

Mine was approved 28th February got sms collection on the 23 March, i think that was last batches printed before lockdown, i spoke to my mate at CFR apparently printing of cards still closed

Anyone got cards recently ?

Some say they printing slowly, some say they not printing.

My DFO said not one card was recieved in these few months

Went to muldersdrift today, CFO reckons CFR was shutdown two weeks ago due to covid and provincial is currently shut down due to covid , no cards. Was approved in early march.
