.45 bullets for range use

What bullets do you guys use in your 45 pistols to punch holes in paper? (IPSC, IDPA etc.)
I will be using a M&P45 soon, if luck is in my corner.

9/357/40/44/45 and even rifle cast bullets.

Sheesh guys! I just Googled "Dick Boothroyd" and found his phone number

I prefer 201gr cast SWCs in my .45. I mate of mine cast a 1000 for me but I've just run out. I went to the local gunshop and found 230gr RN @ R214 for 200!!! Sweet momma, shooting has become an expensive hobby.

Major difference , Richard is getting some free advertising out of it and hopefully makes a few rand. Botmas number was put up so people could harass him.

If Richard would like it removed we will happily comply.
