    Default Self Loading rifle - Competency ???

    What do I need to do to get my competency for self loading rifle?

    I have competency for rifle, shotgun and handgun ... done in 2005, card issued in 2006. One trainer said I must redo the law part {because it is now separate} and then the practical?

    What do I stand to do?

    You must do the course for selfloading rifle/HMC. You will have to do the theory as well as practical.

    You will need to do the LAW as well its a seperate thing from the gun competencys

    Unit standard 117705 Knowledge of Firearms Control Act 60/2000 as well as Unit standard 119650 Handle & Use a Self-Loading Rifle or Carbine.
