Shooting simulator on your tv or projector
This seems like a really cool idea.
Wouldn't mind if something like this became available on our market.

Sometimes when I watch our news. I feel like just shooting the tv. Does that count.

Re: Shooting simulator on your tv or projector
Mmmm, how does the dude in the bakkie (UTE) hold up on screen react to the shots?? are there a few filmed scenarios which get triggered depending on hit or is it just a filmed sequence and you go bang bang at the right time and he falls down anyway. Getting a reading on the BS meter with this one.
I shot a video range in the SADF and that system ran two massive paper screens with a backlight. The scenario was projected in a slightly darkened room, there were a few barriers for cover and it was shot live. When you fired the shot/s (double tap was the thing) the video froze and you flicked on the backlight to show your hits. When done you rolled the two sheets till there was no light showing, flicked off the backlight and resumed. Most interesting for the ignore/ take cover/ shoot scenarios in urban environments. Fun times!
