Congratulations to SAGA
Check out the SAGA submission
http://www.saga.org.za/SAGA%20submision.pdf
My goodness what a welcome change.
Proof that asking and letting organisations know what is needed is the only policy that works. Silence and acceptance is not helping one bit and only serves to make things worse.
The SAGA submission is a revelation in thinking and while still not quite there is a major step in the right direction those who have helped can be very very proud of. Well done to all who have helped make this possible.
Who would have thought that a a year ago? Magic does not happen by chance, you have to work at it and never forget we have a responsibility to what we would like or dream of.

+1 Crimefree
I thought the SAGA submission was excellent, given the, I assume intentionally, short time given to make submissions.

All and every attemp is a step in the right direction. We to easily sit back and critisise instead of acting.

Re: Congratulations to SAGA
One thing I noticed is there has been nothing from GFSA. I thought they would have jumped at the opportunity to 'improve' the act, the processes at CFR etc to further their agenda.
In fact, GFSA have been very quiet lately. Even their website has nothing new in 2010 except for a few links to newspaper articles...no news, press releases etc. Quite interesting that they are so quiet. I'm certainly not complaining.

Re: Congratulations to SAGA
Yep!
A VERY welcome change from SAGA's side. Some of us might recall how they had to be goaded into entering the fray ;-{>}... It seems to have been well worth the effort. Thumbs up!"Always remember to pillage before you burn"
