Re: Attacking paramedics carrying guns
I don't get the question, I already said they can carry all they want.

Re: Attacking paramedics carrying guns
I can not speak for EMS operating in areas where Gangs are present eg Western Cape etc. But danger is unpredictable with not even a hint of any lurking danger when an Ambulance or Primary Response Vehicle is dispatched. In an older related thread I mentioned what happended to me in 2010 during the SWC. Never in all of my life would I have guessed that I might die attending a call where an old Goggo fell and fractured a bone. Any seasoned Paramedic would agree that their most frightful encounters, happened when they least expected it.

Re: Attacking paramedics carrying guns
Indeed. The military have to operate offensively at times and (should) have the needed weapons for that. Police have no business being offensive, their job is reactive by nature and thus they can at best act defensively.
But I suppose any weapon or toy gun will OFFEND the paid propagandists of gfsa.
