New from/for Glock

Hi all, just saw this from the Glock Store.
Does anybody know if this is available in SA yet?
If it is where can I get?
I have the mounting for the red dot on the one of my Glocks that fits into the dovetail,- but without the back up sites.
Would love to have this.

Greetings, didn't really see a specific place to post this.

Anyways, after a gazillion years Glock is now launching a OEM 15 round magazines for the Glock G43X / G48, and apparently it will be available from the 15th of April 2026 in the US.

I fingerbanged the Gen6s the other day.

I like the new grip with the palm swells. Texture is good too.

Good out of the box triggers. Its not a Shadow trigger but its good for a reliable striker gun. I would probably leave it stock.

Problem is you'll have to buy the 19 & 17, so you can swap things around and effectively have a G47, G45 and G49, then of course you still have the G19 and G17
if I'm not mistaken :)

I don't know if they are out in stores yet - these were demo pieces at the importer.

No one does this.

The 49 which was the darling recommendation by all the idiot youtubers as the goldilocks gun isn't even offered in the US for sale.

But you can effectively have four different Glocks when you buy two ;)

I've only ever seen the G47 being recommended like that, especially by Ben Stoeger.

I for one am not interested trying to explain to the room temp IQ Saps roadblock why some serial numbers dont match. Thats just me though.

How would they know if you submitted more than 1 serial number for the gun when applying for the license? Which is technically very possible if you're frame is a newer frame and a different serial number to your slide and barrel. I wouldn't worry about it.
