Default Gunshops where good service is given.

Right, abhm suggested this, so let's list the people that give us good service.

Parow Arms - Shawn Jacobs: He's helpful, friendly and always willing to have a chat and give advice. Speak to him.

Rosenthal's - Steve & Nigel: Steve's helped me with a lot of advice over the past few weeks and he knows his knives.
Prone to random kindness, lecherous behaviour, imitating D-cups at speed and an outstanding sense of humour. If you don't agree, well fuck you.

    spot on susie bokkie!
guys this is what its about as well, as much negative complaints come out lets also reinforce the positive! and when you get down to the shop tell them you read about them on gunsite!
I am studying an awesome brand of leg fighting which was inspired by dung beetles and I think my brand of Kraft Manure is superior to all other styles ever invented. Furthermore I challenge all other manurists to a rolling contest where we shall establish whose manure ball is the biggest! I shall call it Honest Kraft Manure and declare it superior to all other brands of manure and will tell you that I have claimed the lineage directly to Imshi the great Dragon Kru Master Beetler who invented manuring, by gathering all manure from different animals together and making it work as the worlds most effective fertilizer. I proved myself by being members of not one but three super elite special gardening departments who were responsible for spreading manure to combat weed infestations!

Bay Guns in Mossel Bay, Johan (044 6908321).

If you are in the Garden Route and know of any others that are decent, I would be surprised (but interested) :)

Hunting nirvana, "Safari and Outdoor" in the WCP. Awesome variety of products up until now only available by import and / or on e-bay (mmmm... Realtree), decent prices catering from entry level right up to WTF!!!, two gunsmiths on premises, very knowledgeable, approachable and attentive staff, the best coffee I've ever tasted in a gunshop and comfy leather couches to watch DVDs on a moerse plasma-screen while drooling over your purchases and slurping your double espresso. And they have a website that works, is kept up-to-date and they actually reply if you send an e-mail!!! Oh and there's a bow-shop (Stillbow) upstairs! Oh... and did I mention the top-class wineshop right next door (your round next BoerBok)? happy0065

I have ordered stuff from Shooting-Stuff this last couple of months. Once was for spares and warranty spares for a 10 year old Dillon. I was helped with that and in two days I had my spares and some other goodies I ordered.

Second was a handgun Jonathan found new for me after many shops just said they will come back to me and then never did. The gun was delivered to me yesterday and everything was as promised. I will buy there again.
