Re: SUDDEN SLIP EDC SHOOTING ABILITY
I have found that state of mind, mood, fatigue, stress, physical condition, biorythms etc. all have a significant effect on shooting performance. My best shooting happens when I am rested, relaxed and shoot more sub-conciously than conciously. My focus is on the target and the gun almost fires itself when everything is lined up perfectly. Off course, this does not always happen.

Extended work hours and high intensity enviros led to consuming large amounts of coffee and vit B. The first day off in a month was my only chance to shoot. The resultant fatigue and coffee "shakes" was a big eye opener. So guess its like an indicator make some changes.
