This sounds very interesting... I would love to try this out. That said and per the above, I actually think that it is a good idea to get shooters to maintain their fitness levels and to make them to move some distance between shooting positions on the same stage!

The best shooter. Look at the scores. Sandy had serious competition from guys who aren't built like greyhounds.

I hear you, T. That said, for those of us who do this sport shooting thingy-majiggy so as to stay sharp for if/when we ever need to make use of our FA's for real, the running and fitness stuff will (obviously) also be important... especially the shooting after running.

Let's get some facts straight with no smoke and mirrors.

This was pitched as a "National" level match with the expectation of 100 or more shooters.

Saturday : 29 shooters attended, 4 DQ's.

Sunday : 11 shooters failed to return for the 2nd day of the match.

This is being promoted as a huge success ?

Many of the shooters are less than impressed with paying R500 for this match, 2 hot days in the sun & then have to assist the organisers to clear all the props off the stages & pack them away.
