    Are Bullets on their own considered to be Ammunition? As far as im aware only powder and primers are a problem if you dont have a licence.

    No license needed for bullets, only primers, propellant and ammunition.

    Hi All

    I have about 1500 x 143 grain fmj bullets ( not ammo) these bullet heads were purchased form an old bisley shotist about 15 years ago , I would sell them off at R2 per bullet preferably in bulk.
