Re: AR-15 Suppressor options
Hailstorms website says R8877 for the SAI 556 QD suppressor.
Am I looking at the wrong thing...?

Stay away from warrior on your AR, seen one “break” within 30 rounds, pay once cry once

AR-15 Suppressor options
The shorter the barrel, the more blowback you get in your face and mag. The suppressor gets surprisingly very hot as well. I speak about ASE Utra experience. I did burn Flora Guns carpet in the shooting cubicle.....suppressor was just happily glowing on!
The LM6 and SIG 553 had this issue for around first 5 rounds....
The same suppressor on a longer barrel Daniel Defence, and no blowback at all.
There some AR charging handles that have slots in them, to move gas and dust away from shooters face.

Re: AR-15 Suppressor options
A bit of an old thread ... how is the gas blowback of the SAI M80 suppressors?

The m80k?
It has very little as it is the flow through type design.
They are incredibly heavy for what they offer, the qd system is really nice though. In that price range you can get a use ultra 5 though that is, based on this forum feedback far superior. It depends on what it's for though

Re: AR-15 Suppressor options
For me as being a left handed shooter, which silencer has the least blowback?

Re: AR-15 Suppressor options
The way I understand it direct thread will unscrew itself when it heats up, think loosening troublesome wheel nuts with heat. Fine for hunting rifle but not for semi auto mag dumping. Iirc I got that explanation from Hailstormza when I was shopping around.
