Hi All,

Learnt something new on the weekend...thought it was a dodgy-looking round, but aparently not.

Any info on this...why/when/who/how etc?
Haven't found anything on the forum search-tool & not much on Google

I used to get this problem with a Browning HP I owned in 1975. Barrel diameter was .358. Cast my own back then and the combination of oversized bullets going onto the sized (possibly oversized? Dunno, I was young, dumb & full of...) & belled case mouth gave me these very "coke bottle" lookalike cartridges. Brass was mixed and old.
Still worked ok.
