    Military Police arrested 4 members and retrieved the rifles. Sounds like inside job.

    I think they had very huge amount of pressure from the top to recover those rifles, good job for recovering them but can they please be a bit more pro-active in keeping their arsenal safe!

    There are 2 things about this incident that amaze me:

    1. That they noticed the rifles were missing and
    2. That they actually recovered them.

    This is not normal procedure these days.

    The guards is a good idea but they must be preferably awake and not sleeping or playing on their phone. But I don't think there are a lot of officers left who still have the balls to discipline any of their troops. A sad state of affairs.

    It sounds like it was the guards that liberated the Rifles based on the last article about the arrests. The guards was the QM and his people that had knowledge which keys fits where and where is what. Will see if I can get the article.
