Re: Steel Challenge - 2020
One stage you only shoot four times
Has anyone ever finished one with the minimum?
I finished my first one on slide lock. No ammo left

Re: Steel Challenge - 2020
I'd like to come and have a look if I can end of Jan.
Some clarity please.
I see the cost is normal range fees. What else? Do I have to joun SADPA or something?

Re: Steel Challenge - 2020
If it's your first time you can run in excess of 400. Plan your ammo usage. If you are taking 5 shots to hit a target rather drop that string. regroup and focus on the fundamentals for the next one. Worst string on very stage gets dropped from the score.
It is a timed event, but at first just go at your own pace, you will pick up speed eventually...

Re: Steel Challenge - 2020
What are the general target distances if I may ask

From pretty close to pretty far. But the far away ones are big. Really big.
Hitting the plates really isn’t a problem, hitting them at speed is where the wheels start to come off.
The stages are standardised worldwide, so you can look them up on the web for target sizes and distances.Sent electronically, thus not signed.
