Ordinary Gamo Hunter pellets or even marksmen pellets I've found are best for tight groupings. The Gamo PBA pellet has greater penetration. The CFX is a very popular fixed barrel model and a good gun.
Gamo now manufactures their own gas ram. The Gamo IGT range.

BobZim , give AA field or JSB pellets a try, there is a world of difference.
