Swiss K31 rifle
Decided that in lieu of having my SG 550 confiscated, that I'd replace it with a rifle I'd coveted at the time but never seemed to come into. Aside from the stabby thing it's an all matching rifle. The ammunition is rocking horse poo in this country. There is a Swiss club in Auckland but it's very exclusive (read: broheim broheim). Nonetheless, according to Wiki the sequence in numbering indicates that this rifle's wood is made from walnut.
Do many people have these rifles in the old country? What can you tell me about them?

Re: Swiss K31 rifle
I have a K31 with peep sights, bought from a deceased estate
Sadly I have not had the chance to shoot it at extended ranges as I am waiting on the license.
I found some interesting info here:

Mine has these sights on

They are rubbish. Terrible shooters. Allow me to make you life easier by selling it to me. :)

Oh wow, what a beaut, I’d love a K31 in my collection (green with envy)
Don’t take life too seriously, no one gets out alive.

Yup. There is a you tube channel, "bloke on the range", he did a 3" group (if I recall right) at 200 or 300 meters with sights images above. It was mighty impressive.

Re: Swiss K31 rifle
There’s a guy in the black powder club in Pretoria who has one. His idea of fun is shooting shotgun clays at 300m using peep sights like the ones in the picture. The day that I was there he hit 5/5.
Also definitely on my list!
