My dad has a MK II and wants do do exactly this. I spoke to Numenor in Pretoria and they said they can do it. Will have to take it in for a quote though.

As far as I know there are no integrally suppressed versions directly from the factory. There are a bunch of companies that make integrally suppressed pistols using the Ruger as a base gun.
Edit to add: They also sell the integrally suppressed uppers for Ruger Mk pistols.

Having a detachable (threaded) supressor is much more practical IMHO. Supressed handguns have very limited use in the real word. In the movies, everybody needs one...
The Ruger Mk1/2/3/4 pistols lend themselves very well to fitting a supressor.
