Dont even worry about the days. As I can tell you honestly its going to take way longer then the prescribed 90days. And then still the wait for card to be printed.

Almost best to apply and forget. And be surprised when its all done.

Spoke to a friend of mine who used to work at the Government Printers. He said there is no backlog in printing the cards, they are up to date. It is the policr not collecting the cards for distribution. According to him and his contact at that department, when they receive 40000 applications from the police it takes them 2 weeks to print it.
