    Default Winchester 1300 not feeding

Having an issue with the winnie, it’s not releasing the round in the tube when you pull the pump back. It’s not feeding onto the ramp. Have tried a few times, half full tube, one round nothing seems to work. Any help rectifying would be appreciated.

Mine had such an issue in the middle of Mark Human's shotgun course

I though it was the mag spring, bought a new one, problem persisted.

Took the gun in to my local gunsmith, he phoned me back and told me the problem was a rough burr on one of the "shell keepers" that was catching on the shells causing the issue. He removed the burr and the shotty has been running perfect since.

Stripped the gun took all the accessories off, turns out the side saddle is causing the issue. So just removed it and no issues.

Need to look at a different method of mounting

I had that with my Defender when I had it.

Don't over tighten the bolt that runs through your receiver.

Use locktight and a paint pen to make witness marks.

Sell it and buy a Mossberg. Problem solved.

I too, had the same with my 1300. I eventually took the side saddle off as I couldn't get it to work properly with the looser bolt.

Just don't drop the 500/590 or Maverick 88 on it's side because then you could have a paper weight rather than gun...

Had to trim the pump on the Blackhawk stock as it was not getting a full stroke. Works perfectly now

    Thank you gents

I see this is a common issue.
Is there no replacement part that Winchester has manufactured to eliminate this issue?
I'm also experiencing the same issue.

1st 3 rounds goes of well n 4th round jamming
