    Yes but level 4 has it's own regulations.

    Here is an example from the Safari & Outdoor Facebook page:

    As it now stands, we plan to have a "soft opening" on Saturday 2 May.
    This will be in support of;
    • bona fide farmers,
    • anti-poaching initiatives,
    • security services,
    • armed forces,
    • general public shopping for winter or children's clothing,
    • hunting and fishing goods in support of approved and sanctioned activities.

    Our approach in business is always to follow the letter of the law, but more importantly, in this instance, also the spirit of the law, and this will be no exception.

    I find the second last paragraph a but confusing, it states that all sales will be recorded on the prescribed essential goods stock form in line with the current Regulations. I can't find this any any of the regulations, maybe I am just missing something?

    I had to sign a register when buying a new element for my geyser last week. I think its a cover your ass document for the retailer that when .gov comes knocking they can keep track of people. Seen this in a few different scenario's

    When I went to Midas to exchange my fiance's vehicle clutch cable last week, I had to fill in a form that the parts are for a essential worker's vehicle (she works at a hospital). It might be that form, it boils down to I, name, address,id nr, phone etc declare hereby that list of parts are for a essential persons needs etc blah blah blah.

    It's stupid that you can't get your car fixed or buy spares. For some it is the only means to go and buy food. Idiots.

    And obviously there are those who would want to push the envelope. As responsible gun owners it is of utmost importance that we follow the law. Getting locked up means a criminal record. Companies are doing their best to accommodate customers. But the law is the law whether you agree with it or not
