    Exactly. If I break something in my 55 year old body right now, I will never recover back to the state I was at the moment of getting injured but something is always lost in the process forever. Holes are the easiest to heal, so better get shot than break a bone What drag it is getting old...

    I used just keep fit doing what I enjoyed, then more time in an office built for persons about half my size has resulted in the loss of my biomechanical alignment.
    I tend to swim or cycle or hike in bursts of enthusiasm and then drop it because I go back to work at different shifts etc.
    I eat healthy but I over eat because I am a comfort eater and this is the hardest battle for me.
    I wish I could find a service to send meals to me as per my specific needs in terms of quantity for my body. I hate cooking for myself and that does not last long.
